My [somewhat liberal] interpretation of an Aboriginal creator spirit.

This is awesome -- though, doesn't seem to fit the description of any Murri creation myths. On the other hand, he looks like a demon we call the "Tall Man", mostly cautionary tales about not running away from parents while you're out cause he'll find you and eat you.

Very well done, bravo!

Intriguing. Are you of aboriginal descent?

Fascinating!

This being was based of the Wandjina, though I altered it when I discovered it was taboo for an outsider to illustrate. I beleive it is an NT deity.

Central NT, yeah, only three or so groups can paint the wandjina -- each uses a different medium. Quite interesting stuff, but yeah, I see some ideas based off them. Props for the job, too, amazing stuff.

I have a book of Dreamtime stories that inspired the interest, called 'The Dreamtime' by Charles P. Mountfood and Ainslie Roberts, I highly recommend it.

Yeah, dreamtime stories is something that most aboriginal kids are raised on. Not sure if most of the youngings these days get told them -- my favourite was Tiddalik, the greedy frog.

Eels are comedy gold, its true :P

One of my favourite stories I cannot recall entirely, but it involved someone creating an artificial being, who then became dangerous and stalked the land, a cockatoo sitting on the creatures shoulder to warm people it was approaching.
