Saw it on an episode of I think it was known universe: is anyone out there (or it was called alien contact, I'm not sure since I saw the Swedish version <.<', directly translated the serie's is named the earth in focus:hunt for aliens).
It was shown in a part of the episode where they briefly mentioned what aliens might look like, your picture was shown together with two others (one of the pictures was of an alien from the sci fi documentary alien planet).
Unfortunately I can't find the entire episode on the web but i have found the first 4 minutes, where nothing of interest is shown...<.<. ([link])
